Terms of repair and exchange

The service center of the company "MART" performs warranty / non-warranty repair or exchange of out-of-order stun guns only of its own production. The service center does not repair products from other manufacturers.
About the opening of the taser

Warranty repair of opened products is not performed on the basis that the company "MART GROUP" LLC cannot be held responsible for product changes made by the owner of the electric shock device. The absence of a seal, a factory number or the presence of traces of opening the case are grounds to believe that changes have been made to the device.

The company "MART GROUP" LLC performs non-warranty repair of products without a seal, factory number, with traces of opening the case only after a complete diagnosis of all nodes. The cost of a full diagnosis is 1,500 rubles. The cost of diagnostics is not included in the cost of subsequent repair of the product.

Dear customers! Do not try to "imperceptibly" open the taser. Our specialists will detect this attempt and the repair will cost more.

Terms of payment and delivery to the ESH for repair or exchange:

Option 1 - You bring a stun gun, passport and charger to the reception of the Service Center. The product can be received there in 10 working days. Payment upon receipt of the taser.
Option 2 – You send the stun gun, passport, charger and your details (address and phone number) to the manufacturer at: 125130, Moscow, Klara Tsetkin str., 33, building 35, to the Service center of the MART GROUP company.

We issue an invoice for repairs and transportation services (individuals pay via Sberbank in the PD 4 form or by electronic payment). The finished product is shipped immediately after receiving the payment.
